5.2 Intellectual Property Rights of User-Generated Content

VI. Service Change, Suspension and Termination

  • Disputes and losses arising from services or contents provided by third parties through platform links, advertisements, etc., which have nothing to do with this Platform, and this Platform shall not bear joint and several liability;
  • All losses caused by the User’s uploaded content being claimed by a third party or punished by relevant departments due to infringement, illegality, etc., shall be borne by the User himself.

7.2 Liability Limitation

For any losses incurred by the User due to the use of the Platform’s services, the liability for compensation of this Platform shall be limited to the direct losses caused by the intentional or gross negligence of this Platform, and the compensation amount shall not exceed the total amount of direct losses actually suffered by the User. X. Other Terms
